Our opinions are the same.

The word issyo is used here to show that the opinions are unified or aligned (held together with the other person).

Most of the time you should use the word 同おなじ when referring to things that are the same.

私わたしたち　は　美うつくしい　庭にわ　の　ある　家いえ　に　住すんで　います。watashitachi wa utsukushii niwa no aru ie ni sunde imasu.
