Usages of mado

寒さむい　から、　まど　を　しめて　ください。samui kara, mado o shimete kudasai.
It's cold, so please shut the window.

Remember: you can't use ので to form suggestions, invitations, commands or requests.

窓まど　が　開あけて　ある。mado ga akete aru.
