Usages of koro

私わたし　は　子供こども　の　ころ、　歯医者はいしゃ　に　行いく　と　いつも　怖こわくて　泣ないて　いた。watashi wa kodomo no koro, haisha ni iku to itsumo kowakute naite ita.
When I was a child, I was always scared and cried when I went to the dentist.
