• Vi sidas sur la seĝo.: You sit on the chair.
• Li sidas ĉe la tablo.: He sits at the table.
• La amikoj sidas apud la arbo.: The friends sit near the tree.
• Mi kaj vi sidas kune ĉe la tablo.: You and I sit together at the table.
• Unu birdo flugas sur la arbon, kaj alia jam sidas sur la arbo.: One bird flies onto the tree, and another already sits on the tree.
• La koncerto komenciĝas vespere, sed ni jam sidas en kafejo apud la muzeo.: The concert begins in the evening, but we are already sitting in a café next to the museum.
• Se la lampo ne funkcius, ni sidus en la salono kaj aŭskultus la venton.: If the lamp did not work, we would sit in the living room and listen to the wind.
• La ridanta knabino kun malsekaj haroj sidas sur la sofo kaj trinkas sukon.: The laughing girl with wet hair sits on the sofa and drinks juice.
• Kiam mi sidas tro longe, mia korpo laciĝas, kaj mia piedo fariĝas malvarma.: When I sit too long, my body gets tired, and my foot becomes cold.
