我 不 喜欢 吃 得 太 饱， 吃 得 太 多 晚上 就 睡 不 好。wǒ bù xǐhuan chī de tài bǎo, chī de tài duō wǎnshang jiù shuì bù hǎo.
I don’t like eating until I’m too full; if I eat too much, I sleep badly at night.
