رقم: in Egyptian Arabic, ق is often pronounced like a glottal stop, so raʔam rather than raqam.
التتبع: the ال merges into the ت, so you hear et-tatabbuʿ, not el-tatabbuʿ.
الرسالة: the ال also merges into ر, so it sounds like er-risāla.

If you say it a little more slowly and clearly, people will still understand you.

Is this a full sentence, or just a noun phrase?
