Why don't the adjectives stom and leuk end with an -e here?
When an adjective comes after the noun it describes, usually connected by a verb like is, it never gets an extra -e at the end. We just use the basic dictionary form. This is called a predicative adjective.
I've seen stom translated as "mute". Why does it mean "stupid" here?
While stom originally means "mute" (unable to speak), in modern everyday Dutch it is mostly used to mean "stupid", "dumb", or "annoying". It is a very common way to express that you do not like something!
Why is niet placed right before leuk?
