Why is the word for grey written as grijze here instead of grijs?
When an adjective comes right before a noun in Dutch, it usually gets an extra -e at the end. Since trui is a de word and we are using the article de, we must add the -e to grijs.
Why did the s in grijs change to a z in grijze?
