Giving your opinion
في رأيي(fi ra'yi) (in my opinion) and شخصيا(shakhsiyyan) (personally) open an opinion; بالنسبة لي (as for me) works the same way. مثلا(mathalan) (for example) gives an example.

Isn't it?
Add أليس كذلك(alaysa kadhâlika) to the end of a statement to ask for agreement, like English isn't it? or right? It never changes.

What do you mean?
قصد(qasada) (to mean, to intend) asks about intention: ماذا تقصد؟ عنى(anâ) (to mean) is the verb behind the familiar يعني; أعني is I mean.
