To say that an activity or person is "one of the most..." in Arabic, use the preposition من (literally "from" or "among") followed by a superlative adjective and a definite plural noun.

### The Superlative Structure

In this structure, the adjective always takes the superlative pattern أفعل (such as أسرع for "fastest" or أعظم for "greatest"). 

This creates an *Idafa* (possessive) construction with the noun that follows it:
- Start with the preposition من.
- Add the superlative adjective (أفعل).
- End with a definite plural noun.

### Describing People

This pattern is invariable. The superlative adjective does not change to match the gender of the subject. It stays in the standard أفعل form even when describing feminine nouns.
