A coherent formal address package
The interviewer uses θα θέλατε, έχετε, σας ενδιαφέρει, θα αντιμετωπίζατε, υπολογίζετε. The candidate reciprocates with σας ευχαριστώ and avoids familiar σου/σε. Greek normally omits overt εσείς because these endings and clitics already mark polite address.

The present perfect presents experience up to now
Έχω σπουδάσει, έχω εργαστεί, έχετε συντονίσει, έχω αναλάβει connect earlier activity to the candidate's present qualifications. The auxiliary έχω changes for person; the following form is invariant.
Professional Greek often prefers εργάζομαι/έχω εργαστεί in a CV or interview, while everyday δουλεύω/έχω δουλέψει remains fully grammatical. This is register choice, not a difference in truth conditions.

Duration that reaches the present
The sentence έχω εργαστεί πέντε χρόνια can summarize five years as accumulated experience without necessarily asserting that the same employment continues now. If the intended meaning is “I have worked here for five years and still do,” Greek commonly uses the present plus a duration:

English uses a perfect in both situations; Greek distinguishes an experience record from an ongoing present state.
Conditional questions and hypothetical answers
Πώς θα αντιμετωπίζατε...; places the situation in a hypothetical frame. The candidate mirrors it with θα ζητούσα. Neither imperfect-form conditional states that the delay has actually happened.
Θα μπορούσα να ρωτήσω...; is different in conversational purpose: it uses the conditional to soften a real present request for permission. The shared conditional morphology supports both hypothetical scenarios and polite distance.

Subordination makes answers precise
The candidate does not simply list short claims. Επειδή gives a reason; στα οποία links the earlier projects to a relative clause; ώστε να states a goal or intended result; που να είναι characterizes the desired kind of solution.
In τομέας στον οποίο, the preposition stays with the relative phrase because εξελίσσομαι σε έναν τομέα selects σε. English can place a preposition later; careful Greek keeps the full prepositional unit together.
The learned items προϋπηρεσία, αρμοδιότητες, διαδικασία επιλογής are neutral in professional recruitment. They would be conspicuous in a casual conversation among friends, but they are not archaic.

Mixing a finite past with the perfect auxiliary
After έχω, use the invariant form εργαστεί, not the finite aorist shown by inline ×έχω εργάστηκα.
