Learning Turkish ordinal numbers is easy. They are very regular. You just add the suffix (İ)ncİ after the numeral.
Only fourth is an exception. It is not dörtüncü, but dördüncü.

When the word first is not part of a series - birinci, ikinci, üçüncü, ... - we use the word ilk instead. For last we use the word son.
| In the last three days I haven't done anything. | Son üç günde hiçbir şey yapmadım. |
| Today I've played chess for the first time. | Bugün ilk kez satranç oynadım. |
