Learn Turkish
Lesson 75: Nationalities
Now we have learned the names of some countries in Turkish, let's learn the nationalities of these nations. This might not be the most fun part of learning Turkish, but it is necessary nonetheless.
At least it is easy to learn nationalities. For half of the countries we can just add the suffix -lİ, which we have learned earlier, to the end of the country name.
I am American. | Ben Amerikalıyım. |
Are you not Korean? | Koreli değil misin? |
The names of the other nationalities also look a lot like the country names.
