How does bölmeden translate to "without interrupting"?
It is built from the verb root böl- (from bölmek, meaning to divide or interrupt). The suffix -madan or -meden attaches directly to a verb stem to mean "without doing" that action. Because böl- has a front vowel (ö), it takes the front-vowel version, -meden.
Why is it tedaviyi and not just tedavi?
Tedavi means "treatment". The -yi ending is the specific direct object (accusative) suffix, made of the buffer letter -y- and the vowel -i. It shows we mean "the treatment". Notice that even though bölmeden acts like an adverb here, it still takes a direct object just like a normal verb!
Why is there an extra -y- in uyuyacak?
The verb root is uyu- (to sleep) and the future tense suffix is -acak. Because Turkish doesn't allow two vowels to sit right next to each other, the buffer letter -y- is inserted in between to connect them smoothly, creating uyuyacak.
How do we know it means "He will sleep" if the word for "he" isn't in the sentence?
