In Swedish, the phrase for "anything" is vad som helst. When you want to say that absolutely any option is acceptable as long as it has a certain quality—such as "anything practical" or "anything vegetarian"—you simply place the adjective directly after the phrase.
Because vad acts as a neuter indefinite pronoun, any adjective describing it must take the neuter -t ending. For example, the adjective praktisk (practical) becomes praktiskt, and billig (cheap) becomes billigt.
