Building the Hundreds
Every hundred from 200 up is one word, and each is transparently the small numeral plus a form of сто:

Notice the seam. Двести, триста and четыреста end differently from пятьсот and everything above it — an old dual-number ending surviving in exactly the same three numerals that behave specially everywhere else in Russian. You already met that split with два, три, четыре against пять.
The Case They Take
The rule is the one you learned for пять: the hundreds take the GENITIVE PLURAL.
В книге *двести страниц. — There are two hundred pages in the book. Это стоит пятьсот рублей.* — That costs five hundred roubles.

Ноль
Ноль is zero, and it also takes the genitive plural — ноль рублей. It is a noun, not a numeral proper, and it has a twin spelling нуль that you will see in mathematics; ноль is the everyday one.
