Saying it twice, on purpose
Portuguese can DOUBLE a pronoun: the clitic does the grammar, and a stressed a + pronoun adds emphasis or clears up ambiguity.

The doubled form is never required — it is the spoken language pointing a finger. With third-person lhe, doubling is often the only way to say WHO: a ele? a ela? ao senhor?
