Declining ktoś and coś
ktoś and coś are just kto and co with -ś glued on — and they decline exactly the same way, with -ś staying at the end:

Declining nikt and nic
nikt and nic follow the same pattern — ni- + the declined kto / co: nikogo, nikomu, nikim; niczego, niczemu, niczym.
The verb still needs nie — the double negative you know from Nikt nie wie holds in every case:
