When laying out your reasoning, especially in formal contexts like scientific presentations, you can organize your points clearly using sequence connectors.
To list your arguments in order, use po pierwsze (firstly), po drugie (secondly), and po trzecie (thirdly).
| Firstly, we must investigate this hypothesis in order to prove it. | Po pierwsze, musimy sprawdzić tę hipotezę, żeby ją udowodnić. |
| Secondly, our method is a very good argument. | Po drugie, nasza metoda to bardzo dobry argument. |

Notice how these connectors usually sit at the beginning of the sentence to frame the upcoming point.
They can also be used to structure multiple points within a single sentence:

Concluding with wreszcie
When you reach the end of your points, use wreszcie (finally) to introduce your final argument or to transition to your summary (podsumowanie) or conclusion (konkluzja).
