Pronouns after a negated verb

A negated verb takes the Genitive — you know this for nouns (nie mam czasu). The object pronouns follow: after nie, him / her / them are go, her (Genitive: after nie + verb, and in the n-form after prepositions)

Nie znam go.

Nie ma jej w domu.

Only the feminine changes; go and ich look the same in both cases.

After a preposition

After do, dla and the other Genitive prepositions the third-person pronouns grow an n-: him, it (after a preposition)

This is coffee for him.
To jest kawa dla niego.
This is a letter to her.
To jest list do niej.
I am going to their place today.
