Asking how someone feels
jak się czujesz — how are you feeling? — from czuć się @29. Formal: Jak się pan / pani czuje?
Saying what hurts

This is the everyday frame — Noga boli from the body lesson is what you say when the owner is obvious; Boli mnie noga is what the doctor expects.
Being ill
mieć gorączkę — to have a fever. grypa — flu. zachorować — to fall ill (perfective): Zachorowałem na grypę.
Sympathy and low moods
przykro mi — I'm sorry (to hear it), I feel bad — the sympathy formula. nieszczęśliwy — unhappy. znudzony — bored.
