勉強する なら、 図書館 が 静か です。

If you are going to study, the library is quiet.
The たら form is ungrammatical here, because the library is quiet is not something that happens after you're going to study.
行った なら、 写真 を 見せて ください。itta nara, shashin o misete kudasai.

先生 なら、 教えて ください。sensei nara, oshiete kudasai.
If you are a teacher, please teach (me).
