雨 が 降って います。ame ga futte imasu.
It's raining.
The rain is new information, so we use the particle が
雨 は 降って います。ame wa futte imasu.
The rain is falling.As for the rain, it's falling
明日 は 雨 が 降る と 思う。ashita wa ame ga furu to omou.
I think it will rain tomorrow.
雨 が 降る でしょう。ame ga furu deshou.
It will probably rain.
きっと 雪 が 降ります。kitto yuki ga furimasu.
