Usages of anzen

車くるま　は　安あん全ぜん　じゃ　ない　です。kuruma wa anzen ja nai desu.
Cars are not safe.
安あん全ぜん　じゃ　ありません。anzen ja arimasen.
It is not safe.
安あん全ぜんな　時とき、　安あんしん心します。anzenna toki, anshinshimasu.
When it's safe, I feel relieved.
