Chiunque (Anyone / Whoever)
Unlike qualsiasi and qualunque, which are adjectives that must accompany a noun, chiunque is an indefinite pronoun. It stands entirely on its own to mean "anyone" or "whoever".
Because it refers to an unspecified person, chiunque is completely invariable (it never changes form) and is always paired with a verb in the third-person singular.

Public Rules and Regulations

When stating rules, you will also commonly see impersonal verbs or phrases indicating what is strictly forbidden (severamente vietato).

| In this museum, access is strictly forbidden. | In questo museo l'accesso è severamente vietato. |
