生地 を 鉄板 に 長く 置く と、 焦げる。kiji o teppan ni nagaku oku to, kogeru.
If I leave the batter on the hot plate too long, it becomes scorched.
少し 焦げ て も、 お好み焼き が 悪い と は 限らない。sukoshi koge te mo, okonomiyaki ga warui to wa kagiranai.
