Usages of ryoumen
両面 に 火 を 通す。ryoumen ni hi o toosu.
I cook both sides through.
生地 を 鉄板 に 広げ、 両面 に 火 を 通した。kiji o teppan ni hiroge, ryoumen ni hi o tooshita.
I spread the batter on the hot plate and cooked both sides through.
ひっくり返し て も、 両面 が 焼き上がった と は 限らない。hikkurikaeshi te mo, ryoumen ga yakiagatta to wa kagiranai.
Flipping it does not necessarily mean that both sides are fully cooked.
