夜よる　に　毛布もうふ　を　かけて　も　寒さむい　とき　は、　布団ふとん　の　中なか　で　深呼吸しんこきゅう　を　する　と　少すこし　落おち着つく。yoru ni mouhu wo kakete mo samui toki ha, huton no naka de sinkokyuu wo suru to sukosi otituku.
