遅い 時間 に 運動 を する と、 眠れない かも しれません。osoi jikan ni undou o suru to, nemurenai kamo shiremasen.
If you exercise late, you might not be able to sleep.
静かな 部屋 で 眠れる。shizukana heya de nemureru.
I can sleep in a quiet room.
夏 は 湿度 が 高い と、 エアコン を つけない と 眠れません。natsu wa shitsudo ga takai to, eakon o tsukenai to nemuremasen.
