Usages of yàoshi
要是 明天 还 不 好， 她 就 得 再 预约 医生。yàoshi míngtiān hái bù hǎo, tā jiù děi zài yùyuē yīshēng.
If she still isn’t better tomorrow, she will have to make another doctor’s appointment.
要是 你 现在 不 休息， 晚上 会 很 累。yàoshi nǐ xiànzài bù xiūxi, wǎnshang huì hěn lèi.
If you don’t rest now, you’ll be very tired tonight.
要是 你 生病 了， 就 在 家 休息 吧。yàoshi nǐ shēngbìng le, jiù zài jiā xiūxi ba.
If you get sick, then rest at home.
冬天 要是 下雪 了， 她 不 是 坐 地铁， 就 是 早点儿 回家。dōngtiān yàoshi xiàxuě le, tā bú shì zuò dìtiě, jiù shì zǎodiǎnr huíjiā.
If it snows in winter, she either takes the subway or goes home early.
要是 你 写错 了， 就 用 橡皮 擦掉 吧。yàoshi nǐ xiěcuò le, jiù yòng xiàngpí cādiào ba.
If you write it wrong, just erase it with an eraser.
中午 要是 有空， 我 喜欢 午睡 一会儿， 下午 上课 更 轻松。zhōngwǔ yàoshi yǒukòng, wǒ xǐhuan wǔshuì yíhuìr, xiàwǔ shàngkè gèng qīngsōng.
