Usages of langsam

Ich bin langsam.
I am slow.
Der Computer ist so langsam.
The computer is so slow.
Die Frau ist nicht so langsam wie der Mann.
The woman is not as slow as the man.
Ist das Auto schnell oder langsam?
Is the car fast or slow?

Der langsame Computer ist schlecht.
The slow computer is bad.
Now we have combined them both:
  • langsam is adjective and gets the 'e'
  • schlecht is an adverb (it follows' is...') and therefore is unchangeable.
