حضرنا العزاء، رحمه الله.hadarnâ al-'azâ'a, rahimahu allâhu.

شفى الله المريض ورزقه العافية.shafâ allâhu al-marîda wa razaqahu al-'âfiyah

قد شفى الله المريضة وشعرت بالعافية.qad shafâ allâhu al-marîdata wa shaarat bil aafiyati
God has healed the sick woman, and she felt well.
وفقك الله في زواجك.waffaqaka allâhu fî zawâjika.
May God grant you success in your marriage.
هل تستطيع أن تحضر الزواج اليوم؟ وفق الله العروس.hal tastatee'u an tahdura az-zawâja al-yawma? waffaqa allâhu al-'arûsa.
Can you attend the wedding today? May God grant the bride success.
شكرا، جزاك الله خيرا.shukran, jazâka allâhu khayran.
Thank you, may God reward you with goodness.
ساعد الرجل الفقير فجزاه الله خيرا.sâ'ada ar-rajula al-faqîra fajazâhu allâhu khayran
He helped the poor man, so may God reward him with goodness.
بارك الله في المولود الجديد.bâraka allâhu fî al-mawlûdi al-jadîdi
May God bless the new baby.
بارك الله لك ورزقك مولودا جميلا.bâraka llâhu laka wa razaqaka mawlûdan jamîlan
May God bless you and grant you a beautiful baby.
رزق الله العائلة خيرا وسلاما.razaqa allâhu al'â'ilata khayran wa salâman
May God grant the family goodness and peace.
سامح الله المريض وشفاه.sâmaha allâhu al-marîda wa shafâhu
May God forgive the sick man and heal him.
آمنت النساء بالله.âmanati n-nisâ'u billâhi
The women believed in God.
جدي مريض، شفاه الله.jaddī marîdun, shafâhu llâh.
My grandfather is sick, may God heal him.
والله لم أبح بهذا السر لأحد.wallâhi lam abuh bihâdhâ as-sirri li'ahadin
By God, I did not reveal this secret to anyone.
تالله لو عرفت الحقيقة ما كتمتها.tallâhi law 'araftu l-haqîqata mâ katamtuhâ
By God, if I had known the truth, I would not have concealed it.
أقسم بالله أنني سأصون هذا العهد دون أن تطلب مني ذلك.uqsimu billâhi annanî sa'asûnu hâdhâ al-ahda dûna an tatluba minnî dhâlika
I swear by God that I will preserve this covenant without you asking that of me.
بالله، هل تظنني كاذبا؟billâhi, hal tazhunnunî kâdhiban?
By God, do you think I am a liar?
تالله ما غدرت بصديقي أبدا.tallâhi mâ ghadartu bisadîqî abadan
By God, I have never betrayed my friend.
والله لن أغدر بك ولن أخون العهد.wallâhi lan aghdira bika wa lan akhûna al-'ahda.
By God, I will not betray you and I will not betray the covenant.
والله لن أفشي سرك يا صديقتي.wallâhi lan ufshiya sirraki yâ sadîqatî
By God, I will not reveal your secret, my friend.
تالله سأصون ميثاقنا دائما.tallâhi sa'asûnu mîthâqanâ dâ'iman.
By God, I will always protect our pact.
أريد أن أحلف بالله أنني بريئة.uridu an ahlifa billâhi annani bari'ah
I want to swear by God that I am innocent.
والله لا أحد سينقض هذا الميثاق السري.wallâhi lâ ahada sayanqudu hâdhâ al-mîthâqa as-sirriyya
By God, no one will break this secret pact.
احلف لي بالله أنك لن تغدر بالعهد.ihlif lî billâhi annaka lan taghdira bil-ahdi.
Swear to me by God that you will not betray the promise.
رحم الله جدي، ليتني أتعلم منه فأشذب الأشجار جيدا.rahima allâhu jaddî, laytanî ataallamu minhu fa'ushadhdhiba al'ashjâra jayyidan
May God have mercy on my grandfather; if only I could learn from him so that I could prune the trees well.
والله طورت كفاءتي تطويرا عظيما لمنفعة الشركة.wallâhi tawwartu kafâ'atî tatwîran azhîman limanfa'atish sharikah
By God, I greatly developed my competence for the benefit of the company.
استشهد الجندي، ولكن له الخلود، ولله الكمال.ustush'hida al-jundiyyu, walâkin lahu al-khulûdu, walillâhi al-kamâlu
The soldier was martyred, but to him alone belongs eternity, and to God alone belongs perfection.
لله الكمال، وله المجد دائما.lillâhi l-kamâlu, wa lahu l-majdu dâ'iman
To God alone belongs perfection, and to Him alone belongs the glory always.
لله الخضوع.lillâhi al-khudû'u
To God alone belongs submission.
لله المشيئة ولنا الطاعة.lillâhi almashî'atu walanâ attâ'atu.
To God alone belongs the will, and to us alone belongs obedience.
