Japanese 281 - And, and then, since then with それから

The phrase それから means and, and then, since then or after that. It is very smilar to そして, but それから has the additional meaning of since then, which そして lacks.

それから can be used to list things or give extra information, in addition to listing the order of events or activities.

In the last example, note how you can say after ... by using a verb in the past tense + あと.
