The phrase それから means and, and then, since then or after that. It is very smilar to そして, but それから has the additional meaning of since then, which そして lacks.
それから can be used to list things or give extra information, in addition to listing the order of events or activities.
The table below gives examples of the different usages of それから:

| I woke up at 6. After that, I went to the gym. | 六時 に 起きた。 それから、 ジム に 行った。rokuji ni okita. sorekara, jimu ni itta. |
| I moved to Hiroshima. After that, I started a new job. | 広島 に ひっこしました。 それから、 新しい 仕事 を 始めました。hiroshima ni hikkoshimashita. sorekara, atarashii shigoto o hajimemashita. |
| You’re a university student? So, what will you do after you graduate from university? | 大学生 です か。 じゃあ、 大学 を 卒業して それから どう します か。daigakusei desu ka. jaa, daigaku o sotsugyoushite sorekara dou shimasu ka. |
| After finishing work, I then enjoyed my free time. | 仕事 を 終えた 後、 それから 暇 を 楽しんだ。shigoto o oeta ato, sorekara hima o tanoshinda. |
In the last example, note how you can say after ... by using a verb in the past tense + 後.
